Stuffed cheese slice with paneer in gravy

First of all soaked the cashewnut in water for 2 to 3 hours then grind it in the mixture jar and make a paste.

Then take a pan on gas add all dry ingredients in it and roast it for 2 to 3 min.After that put all dry ingredient in mixture jar and make a paste add some water if required.

Then take a paneer in bowl and grate it add some black pepper powder, salt as needed, chopped coriander leaves.After that take a paner slice put the grated panner batter in the corner and cover it with the left over side of cheese slice and pack it with the help of cloves.Put the stuffed cheese slice in refrigerator.

Then on other hand take a big pan on gas add some oil heat it well then add 1 bay leaves, onion paste, chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste and stir it well till the colour of onion will change to light brown and oil will separate from it.

Then add tomato puree, salt as required and mix it till oil will separate from it.Then add cashew nut paste and dried ingredients paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,corainderpowder,garam masala, kasuri methi powder then mix all the ingredients.

When oil will separate from it add 2 to 3 spoon of fresh cream and mix it then add water as required and mix it and low the flame and put the lid on pan for 5 to 10 min.

Then at last remove the stuffed cheese slice from refrigerator put in the bowl and pour the hot gravy on it and garnish it with coarainder spring and grated cheese and ready to serve.
