  1. 4bolied and mashed potatoes
  2. 1 cuproughly grind peanut's
  3. 1green chilli
  4. as neededoil
  5. 4 tbspkuttu flour
  6. 2 tbspchest nut flour
  7. to tasteRock salt
  8. 2 tspChopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 inchginger
  10. 1/4 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients in it.Make a dough.Now make tikki

    Add little amount of water in chestnut flour.Firstly dip them in chestnut flour and then in kuttu flour. Take a nonstick pan grease it with olive oil and then sallow fry them till they become golden brown from both sides.
