Stuffed Bell Peppers with Meat

Stuffed bell peppers are one of those dishes I truly love. I've always enjoyed bold flavors, and I remember being so happy as a child whenever my mom made them! The aromas and flavors are just unique!

Stuffed bell peppers are one of those dishes I truly love. I've always enjoyed bold flavors, and I remember being so happy as a child whenever my mom made them! The aromas and flavors are just unique!
Steps
- 1
Start with the vegetables: garlic, onion, celery, and carrot. After washing them well, finely chop them using a food processor.
- 2
Add the chopped vegetables to the crumbled ground meat, then add the grated Parmesan and the egg. Mix everything well.
- 3
Season with salt and pepper, and stir in the chopped parsley. Now take the bell peppers. Use a knife to cut off the tops and remove the white membranes and seeds.
- 4
Rinse the peppers thoroughly and fill them with the meat mixture.
- 5
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Serve and enjoy!
- 6
The number of peppers may vary depending on their size. If you have leftover filling, don't worry—you can make delicious meatballs in tomato sauce!
