Today my daughter made mini pizza ,small version of pizza . It's very tasty, healthy and easy to make .enjoyed it with lots of fun....Children like this so much....

First of all take 2 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour in a bowl,add 2 tsp oil,1tsp baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder..1/4 cup curd and mix it well.

To activate yeast take 3 tbsp warm water in the bowl..add yeast and stir it. Keep this aside for 10 minutes.

Then add activated yeast in a bowl..add water according to need and make a soft dough..knead it for 5 minutes..cover it with a lid and give it rest for 15 minutes.

Let's prepare vegetables for topping s.In a bowl take chopped onions, tomatoes,capsicum and boiled corn.

Add red chilli sauce, schwan sauce and 1 tbsp tomato sauce to the mixture. Add chilli flakes and oregano in it and mix it.

Let's make pizza base.for that take one portion of dough and roll it in rectangular shape with the help of pin.Then make some holes on the base with the fork

Now preheat OTG for 10 minutes.grease baking tray.Then put pizza base in a preheated OTG for 10 minutes...Bake it on both sides.

Then apply butter on the top of the pizza. Spread mix vegetables on the pizza base.Grate cheese on it and again put it in the oven for 5 minutes to bake...till the cheese melted and pizza base becomes crispy at bottom.

After 10 to 15 minutes check the pizza base...it's become crisp. Take out from the OTG and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on it.

Cut it into square pieces...6 pieces from 1 pizza base...Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
