Ingredients

30 mins
2 servings
  • 1red pepper sliced
  • 1red onion sliced
  • 1crushed glove of garlic
  • 240 gmixed beef
  • Dried egg noodles
  • 1 table spoonsmooth peanut butter
  • Dark soy sauce to taste
  • Mange tout

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cook noodles as per packet instructions

  2. 2

    In a large fry pan in wok cook the mince until browned

  3. 3

    Transfer the mince to a bowl

  4. 4

    In the same pan add the red pepper cook to soft then add the red onion.

  5. 5

    Add garlic And cook for a min add the mange tout

  6. 6

    Add the soy and peanut butter into a bowl and mix and 1tbsp of water.

  7. 7

    Add the soy mix and mince into the pan. Add the cooked noodles and coat in the sauce add more water if needed.
