Prepare the Vada by taking urad daal after washing it completely.

In a mixer grinder mix urad daal along with red chilli flex, green chilli paste, garam masala, fried masala, raisin, cashews and salt to taste.

Open the mixer grinder lid and check out the whole incorporated batter if it has been prepared or thicken perfectly and add corn flour and baking powder to there very gently to make it more soothing.

Let's check out the thicken little bit batter in a small size water bowl if it is swelling up or not. If swelling up then you should have to confirm that it is ok.

Start to fry the vada by heating the pan and pouring some oil with little bit of mustard seeds and one after another vada will be fried perfectly even those will be swelling up.

After frying the vada, keep them aside in a water bowl by adding little bit of salt to there, until it is becoming more fluffy.

Let's prepare another part of dahi, yummy dahi making for dahi vada is easy and needs to mix up the fresh curd with the fresh cream along with garam masala, fried masala, red chilli flex and salt.

Garnish the dahi vada by poring firstly mixed cream curd and then nicely water mixed tamarind paste and coriander leaves.
