Soak chana daal & urad daal for 4-5 hours. Grind it in smooth paste. Add ginger paste, chili paste, salt, turmeric powder, Asofotida & mix well.

Greased thali with oil & put into steamer. Now add baking soda in the better & pour into the thali. Cover & steam for 20 mins.after check with toothpick. It comes out clean. Locho is ready.

Now make cheese sauce. Take vessel put butter & maida & cook for 1/2 min add milk. Mix well. Now add salt, black pepper powder & Oragano. When milk is becoming little thick than add cheese slice & cook till it completely desolve.

Now take small glass bowl or shot glass. put locho layer than pour cheese sauce.again put locho put some onion, locho masala sprinkle some grated cheese, sev & decorate with coriander leaves & locho masala.
