Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice flour
  2. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste (optional)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspOil
  6. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  7. handfulRoasted peanuts
  8. 3 tsproasted Chana dal
  9. as neededWater
  10. 1lemon

    (Take raw rice soak for two hours, dry in the home on muslin cloth. grind,)this way make flour. now take one big bowl of rice flour.in pan add water salt and oil

    When it will start boiling add green chilli paste and Ginger garlic paste. traditionally it isn't added.when it will start boiling fast add rice flour with continuous stiring.there should not be any lump

    Allow it to cook for five minutes.take out in plate add Knead soft.make undi from it.prepare steamer.steam undis for ten minutes.serve with chutney.for chutney grind roasted peanuts and chana dal along with green chilli and salt. squeeze lemon on undis it's optional but adds taste to undis.

    There are many ways of making undis but it is easy and saves time.
