Cooking Instructions

Chop the garlic, put the fish into a bowl mix with the garlic.

Add badia,ginger,maggi,yaji,red pepper, vegetable oil and onions then mix all through.

Add the lemon juice into the mixed fish.

After that put inside the oven pan with a little oil.

For the grilled fish garnishing:

Slide the onions,chop the red and green pepper mix together into a frying pan and add a little oil to it and stir.

Add badia,black pepper and garlic then fry for some seconds

You can add the boiled potatoes (it’s optional)
