Ingredients

  • 1/2 c⁣upRajgira Flour
  • 2Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 cupSoaked Sabudana
  • As requiredRock salt
  • 1 tspRoasted Jeera Powder
  • 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • As requiredDate and Green Chutney to garnish⁣
  • 2 cupsBeaten Curd
  • As requiredGroundnut Oil to fry⁣
  • as requiredCoriander leaves, chopped⁣

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and grate boiled potatoes once cooled.⁣

    Add rajgira flour, soaked sabudana and rock salt, mix well.⁣

    Add little water to make soft consistency dough.⁣

    Make balls, deep fry in hot oil. Keep it in water for a minute, press lightly to remove water from it.⁣

    Assemble Dahi Vada in a serving plate, pour beaten curd on it and garnish with dates and green chutnies, jeera powder, red chilli powder and coriander.⁣ Serve chilled.
