Steps

Peel and grate boiled potatoes once cooled.

Add rajgira flour, soaked sabudana and rock salt, mix well.

Add little water to make soft consistency dough.
- 4
Make balls, deep fry in hot oil. Keep it in water for a minute, press lightly to remove water from it.

Assemble Dahi Vada in a serving plate, pour beaten curd on it and garnish with dates and green chutnies, jeera powder, red chilli powder and coriander. Serve chilled.
