  1. 5crêpes
  2. Sauce
  3. 1 1/4 cupsplain Greek yogurt (about 300 grams)
  4. 1/2 cupcream cheese (about 120 grams)
  5. Lime zest
  6. Salt, pepper, cumin, and parsley or chives
  7. Filling
  8. 1large avocado or 2 small avocados
  9. About 10 cherry tomatoes
  10. Pineapple chunks
  11. Finely shredded iceberg lettuce
  12. 4 1/2 ozsmoked salmon (about 130 grams)
  13. 3hard-boiled eggs
  14. 1/4cucumber
  15. Crispy fried onions

    Prepare the crêpes ahead of time and let them cool.

  2. 2

    Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, chop into small pieces, and set aside.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl, make the sauce.

  4. 4

    Chop the tomatoes, pineapple, avocado, lettuce, and cucumber into small pieces.

  5. 5

    To assemble: Using a removable cake ring, layer as follows—1 crêpe, sauce with avocado; 1 crêpe, sauce with tomatoes and pineapple; 1 crêpe, sauce with lettuce; 1 crêpe, sauce with sliced smoked salmon; 1 crêpe, sauce with crumbled hard-boiled eggs and cucumber.

    Sprinkle with crispy fried onions and chill for at least 2 hours.
