Ingredients

25-30 minutes
7-8 people
  • 2 cuprice flour
  • 1 cupplain flour
  • 3 tspghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspsesame seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspAjwain/carom seeds

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients and add butter.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste and knead a dough.

  3. 3

    Cover it for few mins and then use chakli maker apply oil on it and put a dough on it

  4. 4

    Then cover it with a paper and then deep fry till golden color.
