Take mince wash and completely drain the water. Now grind it with the green chilli, onion chopped, coriander, dhaniya zeera powder, garam masala powder, salt, red chilli powder and pulse it. Then add roasted besan for binding. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Into other pot take oil chopped onions saute it nicely till golden then add ginger garlic paste, add the tomatoes puree cook it nicely add haldi, red chilli powder, saute add curd and salt cook it nicely finally add garam masala powder and cook by adding water and adjusting the consistency.

Prepare the koftas place an egg cover it with the minced meat nicely giving a shape of big sized egg.... Dinosaur eggs cook them on a Pan on med high flame.

Now sizzle it when served. Hot the sizzling plate place these koftas pour the gravy and garnish with chopped green chillies and coriander. Serve hot with rumali roti, chapati, parathas or rice...
