Steps

Prepare a soft dough with all ingredients keeping 50 ml apart.

Keep the dough for 1 hour for 1st proofing untill the dough becomes double in size.

Knockback the dough and keep it for 2 nd proofing for another 40minutes.

Now, make small balls of 25-30 gms each.
- 5
Give milk wash on each balls and bake it in preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes.
