Banana pancake (no milk/ no egg) with sourdough starter discard

I love to eat pancakes. Recently I tried many times and found out that pancake can be tasty without milk and egg. By using banana, it tastes much better.
The pancake batter should not be watery/runny instead thicker batter is better.
