Heat ghee into a kadai.

Now roast semolina upon on low flame until it's becomes pink color.

Futher add gram flour roast well upon low flame.

20 minutes, the suji besan starts to release ghee.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, allowing to cool slightly.

Add the roasted melon seeds, cardamom powder and almonds powder suji besan ghee mixture.

Mix well making sure everything is well combined. do not add sugar if the mixture is hot, as it will melt the sugar and makes mixture watery.

Prepare a ball sized ladoo adjusting sugar as required.

Finally, enjoy enjoy suji and besan ladoo for 2 weeks in an airtight container.
