Rice salad with chicken and bell pepper

Cut the chicken into small cubes/strips, and fry them. Add salt and ground black pepper while frying, to taste.

Cut the bell pepper into strips, and also fry it.

Cook the rice. When it's done, add in the bell pepper and the chicken.

Chop up the onion and the greens, and also add them in. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, also adding them in.

Crumble in the feta cheese, squeeze in some lemon juice (half of a lemon should be fine), pour in 3 tablespoons of oil.

Add the oregano, and some salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix it all up and serve.
