Pan Fried Ginger Pork with Garlic Mayonnaise Pan Fried Ginger Pork with Garlic Mayonnaise
I was going to make the usual ginger pork, then I realized I was out of ginger. So I used garlic instead. I found the ginger when I was looking for the cabbage though... There was nothing to be done but to add both!If you overcook the mayonnaise sauce, it will become salty. When it's glossy and the mayonnaise is all dissolved, it's done. If it becomes too salty... just eat with mayonnaise. For 3 servings. Recipe by Mirunesan cookpad.japan -

Salted Egg Pork Salted Egg Pork
It's not that clear where this salted egg craze first began, but I first heard about it some ten years ago with potato chips from Singapore, and many of the extant recipes for it that I've found seem to indicate an origin in Singaporean Chinese cuisine. While the craze sorta peaked a few years ago, dishes like this remain popular throughout Southeast Asia. 🇸🇬🐖🥚 蛟龍Stormwyrm -
Easy Pan-Fried Ginger Pork Easy Pan-Fried Ginger Pork
This is the pan fried pork with ginger that my mom used to cook for me, and I thought I could eat more lettuce in this way than eating it separately.Lettuce is easy to cook through so add it right before you eat. You can put in a lot of lettuce because even if you used 2 small heads of lettuce you would get surprised at how they wilt and soften up. I always buy a lot of lettuce when it's cheap. Not Deep Fried! Rich Sweet and Sour Pork Not Deep Fried! Rich Sweet and Sour Pork
My husband said he wanted sweet and sour pork while we were grocery shopping. Pork butt (shoulder) cut for ginger pork was on sale, so I bought it. This was easier to cook than chunks of pork since the pieces cooked through faster and were more tender, which made it easier to eat too.If you roll the pork slices before pan frying, they'll be soft and tender, and also look more substantial. Since the pieces are coated with katakuriko and cooked in a generous amount of oil, they'll turn out as if they were deep fried. I didn't add bamboo shoots this time, but do so if you like. The flavor is on the salty side. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Akito mama cookpad.japan
