Steps

Instead of throwing away lemon peels use it to make chutney.

Store lemon peels in a sterilized & dry glass bottle,add 2 tsp salt & 2 tbsp lemon juice in it and shake well.

Keep this bottle in sunlight if possible or room temperature to ripen for 20 days.

Shake the peels mixture twice daily without failing.

Peels with turn into brown colour & ripe in 20 days, if not, repeat for few more days.

Now peels turn into brown n ripe form transfer into plate. Chopped all the peel and put in a dry mixer jar to make smooth paste (chutney)

Make sure not to add any drop of water to grind it but use 6 tbsp lemon juice gratudally.

Now mix sugar n asafoetodia. Mix well and make smooth paste in mixer jar.

Now Lemon Peels Chutney is ready to serve, transfer into sterilized bottle and can be stored for 1 year in refrigerator. Enjoy !!
