Mix yogurt and ghee together with wired whisk, make it softer and smooth

Balushahi dough:

Using all-purpose flour for dough add salt and baking soda, add ghee and yogurt into it

Add 3 4 tablespoon water,do not Knead just mix, and make smooth form of dough, add more water if required

Cover a dough for 10 to 15 min, use light pressure do not Knead heavily

Frying balushahi: use oil or ghee, heat oil in a kadai

Make small to medium size ball from your dough, phir usko flat position me ley jaien or beach me se donuts ki trah circle krein

Place balushahi in the hot oil, fry balushahi in a low flame

When 1 side turn light golden, turn over

15 min take fry krein jub take balushahi sub jagha se same golden brown na hojaye

After frying balushahi place them in the hot chashni/sheera

Chashni/sheera recipe: take 1 cup sugar in a pan add half cup of water place them in a low flame, whisk until all sugar desolved, add cardemon powder, simmer till the sheera get sticky little thick,
