  2. 1 cupricotta cheese (about 250 grams)
  3. 3.5 ozmozzarella or any semi-soft cheese of your choice
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
  6. 1round sheet of puff pastry or pie crust
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Seeds of your choice to decorate the surface (optional)
