Steps

Cut capsicum,onion, florets of cauliflower and paneer

Take pan put sarson oil let it become lukewarm add Besan and mix it till it thickens

Take another bowl add curd and all spices and mix well with step 2

Add all veggies in step 3 and let it get marinated for 30 min
- 5
Take oil in kadai and let it become hot make it on medium flame and let the step 4 veggies get fried
- 6
Take it out and put in the bowl add chat masala and lemon juice mix well
- 7
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and ready to serve with paratha or puri
