Soak idli rice for 2 hours or raw rice for 1 hour. After 2 hours drain water completely.

Cut bottle gourd into small pieces and add it to the mixer jar.

Add these ingredients to the mixer jar. Add needed salt and rice.

Grind nicely by adding needed water. Heat dosa tawa. Pour bayter from inside to outside.

Once one is cooked turns to other side. Now the healthy sorrskai dosa is ready to serve. Serve hot with idli milagai podi.
