A light, hearty meal that can be served as dinner or even lunch.
Steps

Peel Irish potatoes and cut into tiny parts. Then wash.

Cut some tomatoes and onions and set aside
- 3
Blend scotch bonnet pepper, big pepper and dry pepper.

In a pot, pour vegetable oil. When it starts sizzling, pour in the blended peppers. Add in the dry fish and meat. Then add seasoning, salt, curry and thyme.

Cover the mixture for some few minutes. Then add enough water and cover.

When it starts boiling, add the washed potatoes and stir very well. Pour in the green, yellow pepper, tomatoes and onions on top.

Cover the mixture and leave to cook until done.
