Ingredients

bout 30 minutes
3 + leftovers
  • Poundscallops thawed (or shrimp if you prefer)
  • 1 lbadoule or smoked sausage
  • 2medium zucchini cut into 3/4 inch rounds
  • 4table spoons butter
  • 2 tablespoonscajun or creole seasoning
  • 4 tablespoonseafood seasoning
  • 48 ounceschicken broth
  • 1 bagfrozen corn or canned if you prefer
  • 1 lbbaby red potatoes cut 3/4 inch
  • 2 dozenFresh clams already steamed. I add about
  • 2 tablespoonsparsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Throw everything but the seafood and the parsley in a big pot and start boiling. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes soften to fork tender.

  2. 2

    Add scallops or shrimp. Give it about 4 minutes add clams if you have em. Bout 2 minutes and serve.
