Chicken Mince:
1 kgBoneless Chicken
1Green Chilli
4Garlic Cloves
Making Curry:
1/2 cupOil
2medium diced tomatoes
1/2 tbspRed chilli flakes
1 tspHimalayan Pink Salt
1 pinchturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 pinchall spice powder (Garam Masala)
2black cardamoms
2black cloves
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1/2 cupgreen peas
Other:
2 cupwater for cooking curry
For Garnish:
Coriander
leavesMint
1/2 tspblack pepper sprinkled

1. Create the chicken mince.
2. Have the ingredients ready.

In a pot add oil, tomatoes, spices and seeds now mix and cook well on low to medium flame until tomato becomes smooth.

Add chicken mince now mix it well until chicken becomes white, add peas and mix well. Then add water, cover and cook on low flame.

When water is reduced and curry is made garnish and serve hot with cumin rice and yogurt spiced dip. Enjoy.
