Soak the daal for 2-3 hours and make a fine paste.

Add this paste to the ghee.

Cook it on low flame.

Cook on low flame till it becomes golden in color. Add milk and water. Mix it well and cook on medium heat.

Once milk get evaporated, add sugar and cardamom powder

Garnish with chopped almonds. Serve hot.

Cook it again on medium heat until it starts become nonsticky.
