  1. 1Medium sized Cauliflower
  2. 1 inchGinger
  3. 2Green Chillies
  4. As required coriander leaves ,chopped
  5. For Dough-
  6. As per tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  10. 1/2 tspAamchur powder
  11. 1/4 tspAnardana Powder
  12. As RequiredDesi Ghee

Cooking Instructions

    First Take flour and knead dough to make parantha. Take cauliflower cut in to pieces and grind in a chopper.

    Now sprinkle Some salt on cauliflower and keep aside for 10 mins. chop ginger and chilly and fresh coriander leaves.

    Now squeeze all the water from cauliflower and mix all the dry ingredients and mix well..

    Now roll a dough in to small circle n put some cauliflower masala and fold it and mix it well.

    Now saute on griddle from both sides.

    Now serve it hot with Curd. And Enjoy Winter Breakfast.
