Dahi vada
Steps

Wash and soak both the daal for few hours

Once daal is ready take the mixer jaar and grind the daal make a smooth batter

Meanwhile take a pan and heat the oil
Add cooking soda and salt into the batter - 4
Once the oil is heated whisk the batter for few seconds and take a small portion of the batter with the spoon and pour batter in the pan and make vada. fry until golden brown on low medium heat

Once the vada is done
Take a bowl add water and add the vada. Soak until soft. - 6
When the vada is soft then squeeze out all the water by pressing in both your hands

Now whisk the yoghurt and make it a little thin add salt chat masala and a little bit of sugar. Mix well

Take 3 vadas into the bowl, add the yoghurt mixture, tamarind chutney if you like you can add green chutney as well

Now add cumin powder and red chilli powder

Garnish with sev and coriander leaves. Your tasty yummy dahi vada is ready enjoy.
