Broccoli in Sesame Vinegar Miso Broccoli in Sesame Vinegar Miso
My grandmother used to make this sesame vinegar miso, which goes well with vegetables. It was passed down from my grandmother to my mother, and then to me. In my opinion, it has a real homemade taste. The vinegar miso is quite thick, and the flavour is strong. Dip into the veggies. Recipe by Snow*Love cookpad.japan -

Sesame Dressed Broccoli Sesame Dressed Broccoli
This broccoli dresses up bland bento lunch boxes! I also really wanted to make this as a side-dish for dinner. It tastes great mixed with the sesame sauce.Adding the mentsuyu makes it taste like you actually spent time on it.If you don't have mentsuyu, a little bit of konbu tea or dashi stock granules work too.Spinach with sesame sauce is also yummy, but why not try this too when you have some of the sauce left over? Sautéed Chicken Breast with Broccoli Sautéed Chicken Breast with Broccoli
I saw a chef making this on TV, so I tried it myself with chicken breast. It's an entirely different recipe to the one I saw, so naturally the taste may be different, but I put chicken, which was cheap, and broccoli together.Don't overcook the broccoli! The same with the chicken! Recipe by JessieMom cookpad.japan -
Sautéed Broccoli and Beef with Sesame Gravy Sautéed Broccoli and Beef with Sesame Gravy
Since I will have an exam next week. My friend and I decided to meet up at the campus for a study group. And we also decided not to go out for lunch. Because we don’t want to waste our time for looking the restaurant, go there, waiting for the food, eating ,and again go back to the campus. So we decided to bring foods from home to share. Since two of my friends are going to bring the dessert and snacks, then I decided to bring rice complete with the dishes. So I made non spicy sautéed broccoli and beef with sesame gravy, deep fried chicken wings, and sliced omelette. I intended to make all the food non-spicy, because one of my friend, she doesn’t eat spicy food. Long story short, after I made the food than I arranged into a bento lunch using the takeout box. My friends were so happy. They’re enjoying every bite of the food. So, today I am going to share one of the recipe of those food. I am going to share how to make sautéed broccoli and beef with sesame gravy. Ops I forgot, I left the leftovers of the broccoli and beef for my hubby. And when I got home, it was already gone. He ate whole thing. When he came home from exercising he said that “the broccoli and beef was so delicious “. Of course I take that compliment, because it makes me happy 😊All right let’s jump to the recipe. Shall we....? Nia Hiura -
