Meethi kutliyan is our child hood's favourite sweet we used to eat during rainy days.

In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it.

Now add water gradually and start kneading. Don't add too much water at once because this dough doesn't need to be soft and smooth. It should be hard.

Knead with just little amount of water with your punch for at least 20-25 minutes.

After kneading, apply some ghee and roll it on rolling mat about 1/2 inch wide.
Now cut it in kettle form. - 5
In a pan heat ghee and fry these kettles on slow flame until golden brown colour appears.

Take out of the pan and serve it hot..

Note: you can add more or less sugar as per your taste.
