Ingredients

4 people
  • 1 packetMaggi boiled without tastemaker-
  • -1/2 cupCarrot grated
  • 1/2 cupCauliflower grated-
  • 1/2 cupCapsicum- chopped
  • 2 tbspsAll-purpose flour-
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1tbspCornflour / Maida
  • -2 cupsWater
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce-
  • 1 tspVinegar-
  • 1 tspSchezwan sauce
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder-
  • 1/4 cupOnions chopped-
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maggi, grated carrot, capsicum, cauliflower in a bowl.

    Add salt and all-purpose flour. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Make balls from the mix.

    Heat oil for frying balls and fry the balls.

    Heat oil for making gravy in a pan. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute.

  6. 6

    Add chopped onions, capsicum to it and saute.

  7. 7

    Add all the sauces and vinegar. Add water to the cornflour and mix well. Add this to the pan. Bring it to boil.

  8. 8

    Simmer the gas. Add salt and black pepper powder. Add balls to it. Mix well.
