Cooking Instructions

Firstly,take everything together in a vessel raw rice.dal, fenugreek seeds wash and clean 2-3 times thoroughly. soak about six hours, grind to a smooth paste add salt. Let the batter get fermented up to 6hrs or over night,

Next morning add 1/4 tsp sugar,give batter a good mix, spread dosa on medium hot dosa pan, drizzle some oil or ghee over dosa, cook both sides.serve hot with chutney/ sambhar
