Easy Cabbage Pork Rolls in 10 Minutes

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I always make meat rolls with whatever vegetables I have on hand to use in bentos. Since cabbage doesn't need to be finely chopped or parboiled in order to be cooked quickly, it's simple and cheap to use. It can be made with just a small amount of meat but it's still an excellent dish so it's really economical.

These rolls cook quickly (but also burn quickly), so once the seam of the roll has hardened, roll them around with chopsticks as they cook to finish. You can also add some white sesame seeds. Recipe by HaradaKiTN
