Meat Sauce Made from Canned Tomatoes

I love the taste of tomatoes and so created this recipe.
By slow-cooking it, it really improves the flavor.

Finely chop the onions and garlic.

Heat some vegetable oil in a deep pot. Stir fry the onions and garlic.

Once it's all soft, add the meat and stir fry.

Once the meat changes color, add in the ☆ ingredients and simmer.

Simmer slowly for 30 minutes.

Once it's cooked down a bit and the moisture has evaporated, it's done. I tend to remove the bay leaf at this point.
