Ingredients

  • 400 gramsMixed ground beef and pork
  • 2Onions
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 2 can☆Canned tomato
  • 1to 2 ☆Consomme soup stock cubes
  • 200 ml☆Hot water
  • 1 tsp☆Sugar
  • 2 tsp☆Salt
  • 1☆Bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the onions and garlic.

    Heat some vegetable oil in a deep pot. Stir fry the onions and garlic.

    Once it's all soft, add the meat and stir fry.

    Once the meat changes color, add in the ☆ ingredients and simmer.

    Simmer slowly for 30 minutes.

    Once it's cooked down a bit and the moisture has evaporated, it's done. I tend to remove the bay leaf at this point.
