I love mushrooms, so I came up with a pan-fried mushroom dish delicately seasoned with soy sauce and a bit of salt.

Combine the olive oil and garlic in a pan, and when aromatic, add the mushrooms, soy sauce, and water, and fry until the liquid completely evaporates.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I tried adding king oyster mushrooms.

When I made this for a house party, I added basil. Add either chopped fresh basil or dried basil in Step 2.
