Garlic Grilled Brussels Sprouts

I attempted to recreate the tasty side dish I had at Craft, a restaurant in NYC.
It's also tastes great with bacon. Recipe by K-ana

Steps
- 1
Wash the sprouts and cut off the root ends. Finely chop the shallots and garlic. Preheat the oven to 190 ℃.
- 2
Add olive oil and butter to an oven-safe skillet, heat on medium heat, add the shallots and garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- 3
Add the brussels sprouts and sauté until the oil is well distributed.
- 4
Put the skillet into the oven and grill for 20 minutes. I recommend shaking the pan halfway through grilling and turning over the sprouts. If you don't have a skillet that can fit in your oven, transfer to an oven-safe dish instead.
