  3. 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  4. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  5. 1lime, juiced
  6. pepper to taste

  8. 6large tilapia fillets
  9. salt to taste
  10. pepper to taste
  11. 1 tablespoonbutter
  12. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  13. 1/4 cupchopped cilantro
  14. sauce for serving

  16. 1ripe tomato
  17. 1 tablespoonchicken bouillon powder
  18. 1green chili (optional)
