Season the fillets with salt.

Heat the pan and add oil and butter to the pan.

Add the fish fillets and let them brown.

Shred the fillets and let them brown more.

Transfer the fish to a bowl and add the 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro.

In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients: Maggi sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, vinegar, and pepper.

Add the marinade to the fish and cilantro mixture, mix well, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a blender, combine the avocado, tomato, green chili (optional), and chicken bouillon powder. If it's too thick, add a splash of water.
