Take butter and icing sugar in a bowl. Mix with hand whisker.Mix it until it becomes smooth.

Add other ingredients. Mix it with hand.Make a dough. Don’t knead the dough, just combine together.Shape the dough into cylindrical log and shapes ends.Wrap in clip wrap and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

Now cut into thick slices and put on the baking tray., Brush the tops of with milk wash.

Pre heat oven at 170 degree for 10 mints.put it into oven @ 170 degree for 30 mints.

When you remove from biscuits oven it becomes little soft.leave it for 3-4 mints in a oven tray.Now transfer the biscuits in the oven rack

Let it cool down completely.Store into airtight container.

I saw this recipe on the King Arthur Flour website and wanted to try it. I modified the ingredients and steps a little. My three year old daughter currently loves “The Octonauts,” and the show’s characters like to eat “Fish Biscuits” that are shaped like fish (obviously!). So, this was a good opportunity to try something new and to make a special treat for her that wasn’t overly sweet. Chris Gan -
