Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1Canned diced tomato
  • 1/2Onion
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1as much (to taste) Thinly sliced pork belly
  • 50 mlHeavy cream
  • 1as much (to taste) Salt
  • 300 gramsSpaghetti
  • 1some leaves Basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the onion and stir fry in olive oil.

    Remove the onion from the pan, and stir fry the chopped pork belly.

    Put the onion back in the pan, and saute with the canned tomatos. Season with salt, and add heavy cream.

    Add cooked pasta and basil leaves. It's ready to serve now.
