Delicious Mizuna Salad with Tofu Dressing

I love salad with mizuna greens, but my sons don't like sour dressing. That's how I came up with this way to eat them without a tartdressing.
Be sure to remove excess water from the mizuna greens. Toss with the dressing before serving. Recipe by Harukomachi

Steps
- 1
Cut the chikuwa sticks in half lengthwise, then into thin diagonal slices. Rinse the mizuna greens.
- 2
Before cutting the mizuna, hold the greens by the roots and shake to remove excess water.
- 3
Combine the tofu dressing ingredients in a bowl, and mix evenly with a whisk.
- 4
Right before serving, toss the mizuna and chikuwa in the tofu dressing from Step 3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, then serve.
- 5
Reduce the amount of ginger when serving to children.
