Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/3 blockTofu
  • 1 bunchMizuna leaves
  • 250 mlWater
  • 1 tspChicken stock granules
  • 1/2 tspSoy sauce
  • 1Oyster sauce
  • 1 dashGinger
  • 1/2 tspKatakuriko slurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tofu and mizuna leaves into bite-size pieces and add to a saucepan along with the water.

  2. 2

    Add the chicken stock granules, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ginger. Let it simmer for a little while.

  3. 3

    Add the katakuriko slurry. It's done once the soup has thickened.
