These homemade tortilla chips aren’t as salty as the store-bought kind. You can adjust the salt to your taste. They don’t need much salt, since you’ll probably dip them in flavorful salsas or spreads.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix the corn flour, all-purpose flour, and water. Knead until you have a soft ball of dough that isn’t sticky.

Divide the dough into 3 portions and roll each into a ball. Lightly flour your work surface. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a very thin tortilla, almost paper-thin.

Cut each tortilla in half, then cut into triangles.

Heat the oil in a pot or skillet. Fry the tortilla triangles until golden brown.

Serve the chips with your favorite dips or spreads.
