Cooking Instructions

In a sauce pan melt the butter and place the liver to cook in low heat till soft. Add the chopped garlic and ginger in the liver and stir well.

Add the garam masala white pepper,soy sauce and continue to stir gently till the liver is well done.
Add some salt to taste
Remove from the heat and garnish with the chopped shallots.
Serrve hot with Ugali Balls
