Combine all of the ingredients except for the Luxardo cherries and juice

If barrel aging, pour into a prepared charred oak barrel and age for several weeks

When serving, pour a 4 oz serving over a couple ice cubes and add a Luxardo cherry and 1/8 teaspoon Luxardo juice and stir. Serve
