Peel potatoes.....Cut ends off so off potatoes so you can lay flat then cut into 1 inch thick pieces....let them sit in cold water for 20 min.... take them out dry and season with salt and pepper...... put in a pan on med to hi with olive oil and pre heat the oven to 400 on bake, and make sure to have garlic, bytter and chicken stock ready to go

Place potatoes down on pan for few mins till you see brown crispyness then flip to other side.....make sure to have the bottom is nice and brown and crispy then put in the chicken broth garlic thhym and let the patoes soak up the broth

Next put in the oven for 30 mins and they should be ready to go
