Ingredients

  • 1 cupKabuli Chana soaked overnight
  • 1tomato puree
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic green chilli paste
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • as required Green chilli for garnish
  • as required Coriander leaves for garnish
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Haldi
  • 1tea bag
  • as required Laung,Elaichi,dalchini, tejpata
  • 3 tbspChana masala
  • as per taste Imli pulp

    In a pressure cooker put chole salt hadi tealeave bag laung 2pc Elaichi dalchini tejpata add water as required.cook for 2 whistle or till soft

    Prepare tomato puree and keep it aside

  3. 3

    Make onion paste now

  4. 4

    Heat oil put jeera add onion paste ginger garlic chilli paste cook for few minutes add tomato puree and all masala and cook for few minutes.

  5. 5

    Add chole and imli paste and cook for 5 min or till gravy is thick

  6. 6

    Chole is ready to serve

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves lemon wedges green chilli

  8. 8

    Serve with bhature or puri or hot steamed rice
