In mixing bowl add wheat flour,carom seeds,2sp ghee,salt mix it,knead soft dough adding enough water cover and keep aside for 15min.

For filling,heat oil add chilli paste,ginger paste add cauliflower cook for a while then add powder masala,kasuri methi mix it add besan cook till rawness goes off the,flame cool it,add coriander leaves and salt.

Now take portion of dough flatten it fill the stuffing cover and roll it

Heat tawa place the paratha and roast both sides applying oil/ghee and serve with pickle and curd.
