Place a pot on fire, allow to boil till steam comes out

After the water is boiled,pour your seived Amala flour into the boiling water little by little n keep turning till it's thick. Turning(using turning stick) very well to avoid balls

Put little drop of water after turning and cover allow it to simmer on a low heat

After a minute check not when the whole water is completely dried then turn for everything to incorporate. After then pack in a nylon and put them in a cooler to keep warm.

Boil water for 2min having put your potash and iru in it, pour in your grated okro

Allow to boil on a low heat, then put your crayfish, maggi cover back to boil for a minute

Amala and okro soup ready to serve with a delicious ponmo, fish or chicken stew
