Ingredients

  1. For the dough
  2. 2 cupswheat flour
  3. 2 TbspOlive oil
  4. 1/2 Tspcrushed carom seeds
  5. 1/4 Tspcumin seeds
  6. 1 pinchroasted methi seeds
  7. 1/3 Tspdry ginger powder
  8. 1/4 Tsporegano dry herb
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. For the spread
  11. 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  12. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 TspKashmiri red chilli powder
  14. PinchOregano herbs
  15. as required Wheat flour to dusting
  16. as required Ghee to roast

Steps

30-32 mins
  1. 1

    Take the ingredients to make the dough. Mix the ingredients first and then add water to make a paratha like dough. Rest for an hour.

    Take the ingredients given above to prepare the spread on preparing paratha.

    Divide the dough to make balls. Roll each one by roll pin and apply the spread evenly. Dust wheat flour.

    Cut into strips with a knife and then arrange them one above other.

    Make the flat ball and roll out like paratha thickness.

    Roast the parathas now on a hot pan in low to medium flame, both sides with ghee. When done serve the delicious and crunchy layer paratha with butter and pickle.
