Steps

Take the ingredients to make the dough. Mix the ingredients first and then add water to make a paratha like dough. Rest for an hour.

Take the ingredients given above to prepare the spread on preparing paratha.

Divide the dough to make balls. Roll each one by roll pin and apply the spread evenly. Dust wheat flour.

Cut into strips with a knife and then arrange them one above other.

Make the flat ball and roll out like paratha thickness.

Roast the parathas now on a hot pan in low to medium flame, both sides with ghee. When done serve the delicious and crunchy layer paratha with butter and pickle.
